Authorities are responding to a structure fire in the Alamo Industrial area of Tlaquepaque, Jalisco State, as of May 4. Emergency crews have reportedly deployed to the intersection of Calle Calderas and Calzada Lazaro Cardenas to extinguish the blaze. The fire ignited shortly after 10:00 and has emitted a large quantity of black smoke. Officials have reported at least three injuries in connection with the fire and instructed individuals to avoid the area.

The smoke from the fire may noticeably worsen air quality in the surrounding area. Authorities will almost certainly maintain a heightened security presence in the affected area until firefighting operations are complete. Transport and business disruptions will probably affect the vicinity of the incident site over the coming hours.
