Haiti: Heavy rain September 18-19

The remnants of Tropical Storm Isaac are bringing heavy rain to various regions of Haiti, notably the departments of Sud, Nippes, Grand’Anse, Nord-Ouest, and Ouest (home to the capital Port-au-Prince). The rain is expected to continue until Wednesday, September 19. Flooding and landslides are possible. Associated transportation disruptions cannot be ruled out.
