Bologna Airport closed September 14-18 due to airfield maintenance; all flights canceled or redirected

Bologna-Guglielmo Marconi International Airport (BLQ) will be closed from 00:01 (local time) on September 14 until 06:00 on September 18 to allow for maintenance work to be carried out on the airport's sole runway. No flights will operate out of the airport during this 102-hour period. Flights that would have normally been scheduled for the above dates will either be canceled or rerouted to other airports, including Rimini's Federico Fellini International Airport (RMI). According to airport officials, shuttle services linking BLQ to RMI will be available on these dates.
