Denmark: Shooting incident leaves two dead outside Copenhagen June 25

At least two people were killed in a shooting incident in the Herlev suburb of Copenhagen on Tuesday evening (local time), June 25. Local reports indicate unidentified individuals engaged in a shootout in Herlev before fleeing towards Naerum, where police recovered a vehicle. Police have arrested one person in connection with the incident.

A lingering heightened security presence and localized traffic disruptions are to be expected in the abovementioned areas over the coming hours.
