Officials confirmed that three explosions occurred in Kabul the morning of Feb. 10. Two explosions occurred in Police District (PD) 2; the first blast targeted a government vehicle near the Quwai Markaz area, while a subsequent explosion occurred in Karte Parwan. The third blast happened near the Baraki roundabout of PD 4. Reports indicate improvised explosive devices (IED) caused the explosions.
