Members of the Congress of South African Trade Unions (COSATU) and Agricultural Food and Allied Democratic Workers Union (AFADWU) plan to protest in Estcourt, Kwa-Zulu Natal Province, June 11. Protesters will gather at Princess Park at 09:00 before marching to the Nestle factory. The demonstration is in solidarity with striking factory workers, who have been striking over a wage dispute. The exact march route has not been announced; however, it is likely participants will march along Harding Road. It is unclear how many people will attend the rally; however, numbers are likely to reach the hundreds.
