Dockworkers represented by the Federation nationale des dockers de Cote d’Ivoire (Fenad-Ci) suspended a strike at Abidjan and San Pedro ports Dec. 22 amid ongoing negotiations with the government. The strike was launched on Dec. 17 to demand better working conditions.

Lingering maritime transport disruptions are possible in the coming days.
