Lebanon lifts COVID-19-related international travel restrictions as of Oct. 18; limited domestic measures in effect.

As of Oct. 18, authorities in Lebanon have lifted the nation's COVID-19-related international travel restrictions. All arriving travelers are now exempt from taking a COVID-19 test prior to departure for the country, regardless of vaccination status. Limited COVID-19-related domestic measures remain in effect.
Domestic Measures
Wearing a facemask is still required in vehicles unless traveling alone. Some businesses may still require individuals to wear a facemask; similarly, some tourist attractions and entertainment establishments may still require persons to show proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test result to enter. Those violating the country's COVID-19-related domestic measures may be subject to penalties.
Authorities could reimpose, extend, further ease, or otherwise amend any restrictions with little-to-no notice depending on disease activity over the coming weeks.
