Activists opposed to the war in Ukraine plan to demonstrate at Piazzale Cadorna in Milan from 16:00 Dec. 4. Counter-protests are planned at Piazzale Cadorna from 15:00.
Large crowds and related security measures will likely prompt localized road travel disruptions. Traffic disruptions are also likely along the march route. Low-level skirmishes between demonstrators as well as security personnel are possible. While bystanders are unlikely to be targeted, they will face a significant indirect threat near any violence.
