Additional pro-Palestine demonstrations are likely to occur in parts of Latin America through at least November. In recent weeks, several groups have organized various types of rallies in solidarity with the ongoing developments in the Middle East. Possible rally locations include diplomatic offices, synagogues, mosques, identifiably Jewish or Palestinian business premises, public squares, universities, and major government buildings. Counter-demonstrations by pro-Israel groups are also likely. A heightened security presence is likely near related demonstrations. Associated localized transport and business disruptions are probable. Clashes between police and protesters, as well as between rival demonstrators, are possible; acts of vandalism may also occur.

Moreover, some schools and religious centers may close or limit the hours they are open; extra deployments of police or private security are possible near such locations.
