Organizers call on participants to take part in rallies in front of all prefecture offices and courthouses across the country. It is unclear how many participants may attend. Heightened security and localized transport disruptions are likely near all demonstrations. Though unlikely, low-level confrontations between protesters and law enforcement officers or frustrated motorists cannot be ruled out.
