Bulgaria: Education activists postpone plan protest at Ministry of Finance in Sofia, May 20 /update 1

Education sector unions, including the National Trade Union of Higher Education and Science (KNSB), have postponed the protest planned for May 20 in Sofia. Following positive negotiations on May 17, the KNSB stated that no protest action will occur on May 20. Depending on the outcome of the ongoing negotiations, further demonstrations might occur in the coming weeks.
