Activists plan to protest outside the Ministry of Women and Family Affairs in Tunis from 10:00 Aug. 13. Protesters are denouncing the lack of women in elected institutions and the presidential elections. Dozens to a hundred individuals could attend the demonstration.

Increased security and localized transport disruptions are likely near the Ministry of Women and Family Affairs the morning of Aug. 13. Clashes between police and protesters cannot be ruled out, particularly if demonstrators are overly disruptive or if they ignore police orders to disperse.
