Ukraine: Suspect reportedly shoots bystanders in Dobryvody Aug. 15

A suspect with an automatic weapon opened fire on bystanders in the village of Dobryvody, Ternopil Oblast, Aug. 15; at least two individuals died and three were wounded in the attack. Authorities reported that the suspect has been detained. The motivation for the attack remains unclear.
