On Saturday, June 13, at approximately 21:20 (local sources) at least one Katyusha rocket impacted a military base north of Baghdad. Local sources indicate that the rocket impacted Camp Taji which also houses US and British troops, located 17km (11mi) north of Baghdad. There are no immediate reports of casualties or structural damages, and no group immediately claimed responsibility for the attack. Further details are awaited. Further attacks are possible in the coming hours and days. Heightened security presence should also be anticipated in the area.
