Mexico: Taxi drivers rally in Toluca October 16

Event

A vehicular demonstration has been planned in Toluca (State of Mexico) on Friday, October 16, by taxi drivers and affiliates of "The 300" group to denounce criminal charges and an arrest warrant which has been issued to one of the organization's leaders. Participants plan to drive along Paseo Tollocan before rallying outside of the Mexico State Attorney General's Office which is located on Calle Jaime Nuno. 

Localized disruptions and associated disruptions to business and taxi services in the area should be anticipated. A heightened security presence is also likely in the vicinity of the march and rally.
