Afghanistan: Explosion reported in Police District 2 of Kabul the morning of Feb. 2

An explosion occurred in the Joy-e Shir area of Kabul's Police District (PD) 2 the morning of Feb. 2. A magnetic improved explosive device (IED) reportedly targeted a vehicle, injuring two security officers. No group has claimed responsibility for the blast.
