Officials confirmed that explosions in Kabul, the morning of Feb. 9, resulted in at least seven casualties. An explosion occurred near the Mili Bus Square of Macroryan I area in Police District (PD) 16, wounding two people. Another blast took place in the Company area of PD 5, causing two deaths and three injuries. Reports indicate improvised explosive devices (IED) caused the blasts.
