Explosions targeting government vehicles near the Quwai Markaz and Karte Parwan areas of Police District (PD) 2 wounded at least four people. A third blast near the Baraki roundabout of PD 4 killed at least two people and injured one person. The official casualty count could rise. Reports indicate improvised explosive devices (IED) caused the explosions. No group has claimed responsibility for the blasts.
