Authorities in Saint Kitts and Nevis have extended nationwide COVID-19-related restrictions until at least Sept. 22. Under the directives, the nationwide 01:01-05:00 curfew remains in effect daily. During curfew hours, all persons except for essential workers and those attending to medical emergencies must remain at home. Mass gatherings and private parties are banned and masks must be worn on buses, taxis, and passenger ferries.

International Travel Restrictions
All incoming travelers, including those arriving by private vessel, must:

  • Present a negative result from a COVID-19 PCR test taken no more than 72 hours before travel.

  • Complete a health entry form before departure; the form must be submitted no later than 24 hours before travel.

  • Submit a copy of a COVID-19 vaccination record; citizens and residents of Saint Kitts and Nevis are exempt from this requirement.

  • For those arriving at airports, undergo a health screening that includes a temperature check and a health questionnaire; travelers presenting symptoms of COVID-19 may be required to take an additional PCR test.

All travelers who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 must remain in quarantine for at least four days and take a COVID-19 PCR test on the fourth day. Such travelers will be allowed to leave quarantine upon receiving negative results from the test. Unvaccinated travelers must remain in a government quarantine facility for 14 days; unvaccinated minors who are accompanied by their fully vaccinated parents must only remain in quarantine as long as their parents do.

Authorities could reimpose, extend, further ease, or otherwise amend any restrictions with little-to-no notice depending on disease activity over the coming weeks.
