Events will be held at 39 venues across Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, and La Union province. Almost 10,000 athletes from 11 countries along with support staff are expected to participate in the games. Crowded conditions and an increased demand for accommodations are anticipated in Metro Manila and around the associated venues.

Over 17,000 security personnel will guard athletes and direct traffic during the games. According to the Philippine National Police (PNP), no imminent threats towards the games have been confirmed but heightened security measures will be in place as a precaution. An increased security presence, road closures, and other restrictions are anticipated in Metro Manila and around all associated venues and events.
