On Tuesday, February 4, the Moroccan Ministry of the Interior announced the dismantling of a terror cell linked to Islamic State (IS) that had planned more than one terror attack in the country. The cell includes six members who were operating between Casablanca, Mohammedia, and Azilal.

A heightened security presence remains possible in the aforementioned cities and their surroundings.
