IS claims responsibility for Chittagong bombing that wounded three on February 28; remain vigilant and report suspicious activity to authorities

On Friday, February 28, an improvised explosive device (IED) detonated at a police box in Chittagong, wounding two police officers and a child. The Islamic State (IS) has since claimed responsibility on Saturday, February 29. A police investigation is ongoing.

Further attacks are possible over the coming days.
