Venezuela: Mobilizations scheduled in Caracas February 4

Members of the public are expected to mobilize in Caracas in honor of National Day of Dignity on Tuesday, February 4. Participants are expected to meet at the Plaza O'leary and will march towards the Cuartel de la Montaña, where the historical military museum is. A heightened security presence is expected, as well as associated transportation disruptions.
