French meteorological authorities announced the passage of Storm Inès in several northern departments on Thursday, February 13. Orange warnings for large coastal waves were issued for the Manche, Seine-Maritime, Somme, and Pas-de-Calais departments, while orange alerts for flooding were issued for Eure and Seine-Maritime departments.
