Starting on Wednesday, January 1, Nigeria will begin issuing visas at the point of entry into the country for all African passport holders. This means that individuals holding African passports will be able to apply for a visa upon arrival to Nigeria, rather than needing to apply for one before. This move is intended to promote free circulation of people in Africa, according to President Muhammadu Buhari.
