Authorities have canceled all flights to and from Srinagar Airport (SXR) for the second consecutive day on Monday, January 13, due to heavy snowfall across the Kashmir Valley. As of midday (local time) on Monday, authorities have not immediately announced when operations are expected to resume.

Closures have also been reported for the second consecutive day on the Srinagar-Jammu National highway. Further road closures are expected through the winter on the Srinagar-Leh highway and the Mughal Road in South Kashmir.

Transportation disruptions, including flight delays and cancelations, are expected in the coming hours and days in Srinagar and the wider Jammu and Kashmir region.
