Residual flight disruptions are possible at Chicago's O'Hare International Airport (ORD) and Chicago's Midway International Airport (MDW) on Tuesday, December 24, following an FAA-issued ground stop at both airports on Tuesday morning (local time) due to foggy conditions. Scores of delays and cancelations were reported at both airports.

Though flight operations have since resumed at both airports, lingering disruptions are possible at ORD and MDW over the coming hours.
