The Al Qalyubia Drinking Water and Sanitation Company has announced that a planned water outage will occur in Banha, Al Qalyubia Governorate, from 2100 Jan. 20 to 0400 Jan. 21 for maintenance work. Residents may experience lingering disruptions, such as low-pressure supply, through the afternoon of Jan. 21.
Some business disruptions are possible in the affected areas, especially at companies that rely heavily on municipal water to maintain operations.
Banha is approximately 35 km (22 miles) southwest of Zagazig.
