India: Students plan protest at University Grants Commission headquarters in Delhi from 1200 Jan. 21

The All India Students’ Association (AISA) plans to hold a protest outside the University Grants Commission (UGC) headquarters in Delhi from 1200 Jan. 21. Protesters intend to demand several concessions, including that education institutions waive university fees for online courses and release all pending scholarships. Participation in the gathering could range from dozens to a few hundred people.
