A water main break on De Lorimier Avenue in Montreal is causing localized flooding and ongoing disruptions the morning of Jan. 22. The pipe is said to have burst near Rue de Rouen. City workers will reduce the water pressure on the main for the duration of the repair works.

Localized commercial, transport, and water disruptions are likely near the impacted location through at least the afternoon of Jan. 22. Commuters coming off Jacques-Cartier Bridge are likely to also face major traffic disruptions if proceeding on or near the affected part of De Lorimier Avenue.
