They announced that the suspect is in custody after having been located in Harlem (New York City) and that the investigation is ongoing. The Orthodox Jewish Public Affairs Council for the Hudson Valley region said that the victims were Hasidic Jews who were celebrating Hanukkah in the home of a rabbi.
