Two roadside IED blasts kill multiple people in Maidan Wardak province on October 20; further attacks likely over the medium term

At least five people were killed and nine others wounded after two roadside improvised explosive device (IED) blasts in Jalrez district (Maidan Wardak province) on Tuesday, October 20. No group has claimed immediate responsibility for the attack.  

Further attacks are to be likely in the area in the medium term.
