Paraguay: Demonstration scheduled in Asunción for October 14

Health sector workers are scheduled to hold a protest in Asunción on Wednesday, October 14, to demand bonuses be paid to some 1000 workers, as well as demand government compliance with other labor-related agreements. The participants, who reportedly represent administrative, security, maintenance, and pharmacy staff, are due to gather outside the Ministry of Finance building at 08:00 (local time).
