Israel: Protest scheduled in Tel Aviv November 26

Groups to gather in Tel Aviv to show support for Netanyahu November 26; transportation disruptions expected

Groups supporting Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu have scheduled a protest in Tel Aviv on Tuesday, November 26, at the Tel Aviv Museum of Art as of 20:00 (local time). The purpose of the protest is to signal continued support for Netanyahu, who has been indicted on charges of bribery, fraud, and breach of trust.

Associated transportation disruptions and a heightened security presence are to be expected in the vicinity of the protest.

Individuals in Tel Aviv are advised to avoid all demonstrations as a precaution, allow additional time to reach their destinations, and adhere to all instructions issued by local authorities.
