Authorities at Auckland Airport (AKL) announced at approximately 15:30 (local time) on Tuesday, December 10, that a Immigration New Zealand's passport processing software is experiencing a power outage that is affecting passport processing for a number of airlines. They have said that there are delays at check-in, and are advising passengers to contact their airlines for more information. A similar issue is reportedly occurring at Wellington International Airport (WLG).
