UK: Tube strike planned in London January 13-14

London Underground (Tube) workers to strike on Bakerloo line January 13-14; transportation disruptions expected

Rail, Maritime, and Transport (RMT) union workers employed by Transport for London (TfL) are planning to stage a 24-hour strike on the London Tube's Bakerloo line beginning at 23:29 (local time) on Sunday, January 13. Extra bus services will be deployed for the duration of the strike. All other TfL services will be running as normal though services on the other lines may be busier than usual.

Travelers are advised to monitor the situation, plan alternate routes, and to allow for extra time to reach their destinations for the duration of the strike.
