Brazil: Groups march between Brumadinho and Belo Horizonte January 20-25 /update 1

Over 350 people have begun to march from Brumadinho on Monday, January 20, to reach to Belo Horizonte on Friday, January 25, to protest environmental crimes. The group aims to bring attention to a disaster related to the contamination of the general public with heavy metals.

Associated transportation disruptions and a heightened security presence is to be expected in the vicinity of the march.
