Trade union plans sit-in protests at oil sites in the Tataouine governorate January 16, 17, 22; disruptions possible

The Tunisian General Labor Union (UGTT) has called for sit-in protests in the Tataouine governorate on Thursday, January 16, Friday, January 17, and on Wednesday, January 22. The protests are organized to call on improved working conditions and to voice other grievances. They will take place at the Nawra and al-Waha oil sites.
