Emerging reports indicate that an explosion and subsequent gunfire occurred near Mogadishu's Fagah junction in Karan district on Wednesday, November 18. The blast was reportedly caused by a roadside bomb targeting an African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) vehicle and the troops then opened fire following the explosion.
