Two helicopters collided and crashed in Taman Melawati town (Kuala Lumpur) on Sunday, November 8. Initial reports indicate that the two pilots were killed but it remains unclear if there were any passengers or people on the ground affected. Authorities have advised people to avoid the affected area. Road closures have been reported around the crash site. 

A heightened security presence and transportation disruptions are to be expected around the crash site over the coming hours.
