Shortly after the explosion, gunmen reportedly attacked the building. According to reports, Kenyan security forces are on the scene of the attack and are responding to the incident. The terrorist group Al-Shabaab has issued a statement claiming responsibility for the attack. Details are still emerging; avoid the area.
