Randall has worked in the assistance industry for over 23 years in Northern Europe, the Middle East, and Australasia.  With a background in operations, conducting site surveys, and building global medical networks in austere environments, through to implementation and leading of complex global healthcare management contracts for the US DoD, UK MOD, and UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office, Randall has extensive experience in building resilient and large-scale assistance programs for clients.
