Philippe Duffour - Vice President, Integrated Risk Management, Southern Europe

Philippe has over forty years of experience in crisis management. He joined Crisis24 in 2009 and served as Senior Director of Operations at GardaWorld Travel Security (Crisis24) for ten years before taking on the role of Vice President of Integrated Risk Management for Southern Europe. Since 2009, Philippe has been deployed in numerous response operations to support client needs (emergency evacuations, post-attack, natural disasters, etc.)

Previously, he served for more than 30 years in the French Ministry of Defense, including 26 years in the Action Division of the DGSE, as a Combat Swimmer, then in reserved operations. In a wide range of missions within the DGSE, he participated in high-level operations in more than 80 countries, requiring operational expertise and a strategic perspective.

Philippe teaches as part of the University Diploma in Security, Information, Intelligence at the University of Paris II.
