France: Police responding to reported knife attack in Rouen Oct. 19

Police are responding to a stabbing at Place Saint-Sever in Rouen as of the evening Oct. 19. One individual is confirmed dead. Authorities have not given information on the motive for the attack; however, preliminary information suggests the incident is related to a brawl that took place. The suspect remains at large.
