Robyn Mazriel

Robyn joined Crisis24 in October 2022. She has completed her masters in public health specializing in epidemiology and biostatistics at the University of Cape Town. During this degree she completed various courses focused on epidemiology, biostatistics, infectious diseases, and health policy and planning. Her research during this time revolved around patterns of mobility, and the effect of mobility on viral suppression and clinic attendance among postpartum women living with HIV in South Africa. Robyn also has a passion for mental health awareness, and this led her to completing her undergraduate and honours degrees in psychology at the University of Cape Town. She has also participated in a large global research project that sought to understand the moderating variables in an individuals' medical help-seeking behaviour following a traumatic brain injury event.
