An explosion has been reported in the Chahar Qala-e-Chahardehi area of Police District (PD) 6, Kabul, the evening of Jan. 20. Unofficial sources claim the blast, which occurred at approximately 1725, was caused by an improvised explosive device (IED) and killed at least one person and wounded two others. Officials may update the casualty count in the coming hours. No group has claimed responsibility for the explosion.
