Risk Management Consulting

Our pre-incident consulting services include everything an organization can do to identify, quantify, and mitigate risks down to an acceptable level. Crisis24’s Physical and cyber security risk management keeps you ahead of emerging risks.

We provide insight into your current level of organizational resilience, identifying key areas of weakness or disconnect to be addressed. We focus on the current capability, maturity, and connectivity of your risk management ecosystem. We also examine the culture of the organization to determine if the appropriate behaviors are in place to support organizational resilience.

We ascertain the current level of your Security Risk Management maturity and provide a gap analysis with recommendations for areas of improvement. The review considers the complete spectrum of corporate security risk management and findings are represented in a ‘maturity matrix’ which can be used to track continued development.

We produce detailed, bespoke threat analysis reports, focusing on a region, country, city and/or specific site of interest to provide a high level of situational awareness. Incident & Crisis Management Planning

Risk cannot be eliminated entirely, therefore we support organizations so they are better prepared to respond to incidents and crises of any nature with appropriate incident, crisis management and business continuity plans and pre-selected teams that are trained in advance. Crisis24’s Incident, crisis, and business continuity planning helps you prepare for and respond to many adverse events.

We examine the current maturity of the organization’s Crisis Management capability, including (but not limited to) its governance, decision-making structure, teams, training and experience, resources, tools, protocols, and documentation.

We review existing Crisis Management plans or work with clients to build plans and protocols where none exist. A Crisis Management Plan (CMP) identifies key risks, crisis scenarios, and their potential impact, outlines the structures, roles, responsibilities, and policies required to mitigate risk, and provides tools and protocols for notification, escalation, decision-making, and crisis communications.

As an extension of the CMP, we work with the organization on how to address specific scenarios such as kidnap, extortion, emergency political evacuation, active assailant, product contamination or cyber-attack.
