US: Police shoot suspect following shooting incident at Smile Direct Club, in Antioch, Tenneesse, early Aug. 3 /update 1

Police continue to investigate a shooting incident at the Smile Direct Club warehouse along Antioch Pike, in Antioch, Tennessee, early Aug. 3. Two employees were injured by gunshots in the incident, and the suspected shooter was later shot by security personnel. The three people were transported to a medical facility. While the incident no longer remains active, police have closed the immediate area of the site, including parts of Antioch Pike.

Antioch is located in southeast Nashville. Heightened security, with associated transport and business disruptions in the area, are likely in the coming hours.
