The skirmishes have reportedly involved security personnel affiliated with the Stability Support Authority (SSA) and the Judicial Police and/or RADA/Special Deterrence Force (SDF). The Emergency and Ambulance Service has advised individuals to avoid areas impacted by the clashes and stay at home. Authorities have closed some local roads in response to the fighting. No casualties were immediately reported in connection with the clashes; however, reports of casualties may emerge over the coming hours.
